Conscious Emotion Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—also known as "tapping"—is a mind-body method that combines elements of ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. It involves tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points on the body (commonly used in acupuncture) while focusing on a troubling emotion, thought, or physical sensation. I am trained specifically in Conscious EFT which is an evolutionary integration of traditional EFT with a deep biological understanding of how the nervous system supports both survival and growth. It involves creating safety in the nervous system to unlock the natural capacity for healing and transformation.

What to expect during a session
While all sessions differ based on the client and their needs, a client can expect a safe, supportive, and collaborative process that helps them gently explore and shift emotional or physical discomfort. We start with building relationship and safety prior to exploring the issue or concern. There are a variety of tapping processes that can be used depending on what is seems right for the moment.

What to expect following a session
Results will vary depending on the client and circumstances, however, often clients report feeling a greater sense of calm, regulation and clarity on what brought them to coaching. Other results might include greater self awareness, higher self confidence and greater connection with others.

What to expect from me
My practice is grounded in compassion and guided by curiosity. I take a collaborative approach, recognizing that every nervous system is unique and requires its own pace and care. Together, we discover what feels right for you—never forcing a process, but instead creating space for safety and trust to emerge. Clients often describe me as gentle, authentic, and deeply supportive.
